Improving the visibility into signature status on a digital document
EntryPoint is a platform that allows clinical users to load form templates and fill them out as they care for a patient. During the clinical workflow, one or more signatures may be required on the form after it is submitted.
The current solution made use of the third party application, DocuSign, to allow users to email the document to all signers. However, there is no visibility for users into the number of signers on the form, and the status of the signatures. Via Docusign, signers have the ability to sign or decline to sign.
